Control Room Relocation
A security company needed to relocate their entire control room operation to a new facility — without any interruption to 24/7 live monitoring. We planned, dismantled, transported and reinstalled the full hardware stack including servers, monitors, and all communication systems.
Post-move, we performed a full optimization pass: bandwidth tuning, alert response time improvements, camera feed calibration, and integration of new event tracking functionality. The client maintained full operational status throughout.
Radio & PC Upgrades
A control room's radio and computer infrastructure had reached end-of-life, but the client couldn't afford any gap in operations. We tackled compatibility challenges between legacy equipment and the new hardware head-on — designing a staged upgrade plan that avoided downtime entirely.
New radios delivered enhanced range and digital encryption. New workstations brought faster processors, expanded memory, and the latest monitoring software. Staff training was included to ensure the team could operate effectively from day one — no productivity loss.
Wireless + CCTV + VoIP Phones
Remote sites without reliable wired network access presented a unique challenge. Our solution combined Ubiquiti wireless units, Hikvision IP cameras, and UPS backup systems to create a resilient mesh network across multiple remote stations.
Each station was configured not just to stream live video, but to act as a relay point — extending the network further with each node. Local video storage ensured no footage was lost during connectivity drops. IP phone integration with horn systems gave operators real-time voice communication across all sites from the control room.
